Hans J Wegner uses modern sculptural ideas to create his pieces of designer furniture. PP Møbler and Carl Hansen & Son are the two manufacturers who produce the Wegner chair. Wegner has created a number of great designer chairs, from the peacock chair in 1947 to the hoop chair which he released in 1985.
